Our Story - From Lahore to the World
It all started in 1989 in a small office in Lahore, where we began helping businesses navigate the complex world of customs clearance. Back then, it was just a handful of us, working tirelessly to build trust and deliver results.
In 1998, we took a big step forward and established QAJ International, formalizing our commitment to excellence in trade and compliance.
The real turning point came in 2019 when we got our countrywide license. This wasn’t about expansion for its own sake; it was about meeting our clients’ needs at every major port in Karachi. Success came from solving real problems, not chasing growth.
Customs clearance was just the beginning. Seeing the challenges businesses faced with international shipping, we launched Speedify Logistics – not because we wanted to be everything to everyone, but because our clients needed a single partner they could trust for end-to-end solutions.

With over 35 years of hands-on experience, Mian Qamar Javaid built this business from the ground up. His deep regulatory knowledge and practical expertise in clearing all types of cargo from industrial machinery to consumer goods established the foundation of our operations.
He grew the company on two core principles: mastering customs regulations better than anyone, and treating every client’s shipment with the care of his own. Today, while overseeing complex clearances, he continues to guide the next generation, sharing the real-world port wisdom that only decades of experience can provide.

My Experience:
I began by working hands-on at Lahore Dry Port and Karachi Port, learning customs clearance from the ground up. After gaining practical port experience, I joined a freight forwarding company where I mastered end-to-end operations from documentation to final delivery.
Now, while expanding my legal knowledge through University of London’s LLB program, I combine field experience with regulatory understanding to create workable solutions. This unique blend of port operations, freight forwarding, and legal training allows me to bridge the gap between policy and practice in cross-border trade.
